Lot of Pros
Every company has pros and cos. But you will find lot of pros in this company as I myself have seen these pros during my three+ years association with this company. Every company has individual HR & Salary policies and so First Web Development also has this. Before joining the company these policies are discussed with everyone at the time of interview and all policies are known to them. And there is no policy of holding a salary.

• Good place for working specially for fresher or 1-3 years of experience
• Good Working Environment
• Salary always on time
• Flexible timing
• You will learn new technologies
Cons
All companies have cons also, but I didn't find any serious cos here. And every employee can discuss anything to higher management as they are always open to discuss any matter related to individual or company.
