★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited to consult about mom' s tymnoplasty surgery. The doctor has experience of close to 26 years..but when we asked about surgery charges they have nothing to provide for estimate even though we had all mediclaim details with us. In addition to this..we had done audiogram tests just 10 days before and carried reports with us..but still they asked us again to go for audiogram tests..this is nothing but just to charge patients for unwanted tests in order to take money from them.think twice before visiting..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is super hero...very very nice person with full of positive energy...I have a problem with my ? he properly show me where is the issue..he guide me how to take proper cake and most important think is he give me medicines in 2parts... it mean in 1st part of medicine if my ear problem is not resolved than no need to visit doctor again... continue with 2nd part medicine...1st time I meet a doctor who never called again and again...
Any problems with ENT just go for it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Sugato Thakur has no courtesy to answer patient's questions nor he does explain the diagnosis to his patients. His consultation charges of 1000INR do not justify the time given to any patient. He tries to rush the patient. He prescribed 2 different multivitamins , one painkiller , one PPI , Ear drops for infection and local antiinflammatory gel which is his standard prescription hoping to cover any possible diagnoses. I hope whoever reads this review makes an informed decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I approached the doctor with severe vertigo problem, he said it is due to viral infection and prescribed some medicines for 10 days and some for beyond 30 days. Initially the problem escalated but doctor was so confident that he advised to continue with the medicine for 10 days without fail.
And I am perfectly ok now. Thank you Doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Thakur is great at what he does. He helped with a ruptured ear drum surgery. He is kind, humane and clear in communicating his diagnosis and instructions. The staff kept checking on the patient post the surgery and ensured we have anything that we may need.
They also ensure that they adhere to the appointment timings for follow ups. We were done with most out our follow up visits in 15 mins.
Dr. Thakur saw the case through until the final resolution. We had met with 2 other ENTs before we decided to proceed with Dr. Thakur. We are glad that we chose him.
