★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Willing to forgive his arrogance and his ‘I know everything’ attitude if he was good with his diagnosis. Unfortunately he isn’t. Went to meet him approximately 3 weeks to a month ago when I was facing problems with my left ear. I explained my problem to him and he dismissed it as a routine peculiarity of the ear. No amount of explanation that there’s more to my ear problem than what he was able to tell me was getting through to him. A month later, the problems compounded. There was pain in my left ear plus a burning sensation and ringing. I met another ENT who was able to diagnose it correctly. The symptoms have reduced. I wish ‘Doctor’ Pandey would have done a better inspection of my ear rather than be so dismissive. Lesson learnt. As the old saying goes, Pay peanuts and all you get are monkeys. Avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, doctor friendliness means nothing if he can't cure you. Secondly, this doctor isn't friendly, he just acts like it. When I was asking my questions, he stopped me and showed that he's the doctor. We know you are the doctor.
He prescribed clarithromycin for an infection without asking me if I am allergic to it or if I am taking any other meds. You have to check for drug interactions. My reaction to it was very bad and even after taking it for 10 days, nothing happened.
My dad fell and had some ear trauma. He took an audiogram and said its fine nothing to worry. It will subside in 10 days. It got worse.
Don't go here.

Dr Ajay Doiphode successfully did my Tympanoplasty Surgery.
It’s been quite some time now, i am not facing any issues whatsoever with the surgery done.
Kudos to Dr. Doiphode....!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent ENT, very professional, soft spoken, welcoming and down to earth doctor .. My husband had a long standing issue of allergy and severe difficulty in breathing through his left nostril.. Dr.Shailesh advised to undergo septoplasty which we did and since then my husband is doing great and allergies have vanished. He can now breath with ease..
I recommend everyone to consult him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diagnosed with Conductive Hearing Loss. Dr. Shailesh explained the condition and treatment for same. The surgery went very well. Doc and his team (Dr. Mahesh) were helpful post opt. They answered every query, took care for every detail, regular follow-ups. Very satisfied with everything.
Would Recommend everyone who needs a ENT specialists to meet Dr. Shailesh Pandey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very polite helpful and honest experience with dr we have gone through a tongue surgery the entire process went smoothly thanks to dr pandey he was very cooperative and a very good guide he made things very easy and the treatment was too good he was also very cooperative after the surgery for the follow up too! I would highly recommend him if you have any medical issues regarding ent! Best experience! While some drs have been really taking advantage of the critical situations.. Ther r still some gems like dr pandey who comes for the rescue!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diagnosed with ear cholesteatoma(CSOM) which I had ignored for couple of years without any specialist consultation. Dr Ajay Dohipode explained the seriousness of situation very well citing the need for surgery which could have resulted in deafness in my left ear if ignored for more time. Underwent a long 6 hour surgery 2 years back in his clinic ,due to his expertise and efforts situation was totally cured. It's been more than two years now and don't have any secretion problem in the ear; have been going for ear checkup at regular interval(biannually) with absolutely normal cured ear. Really happy with Dr Ajays work and would happily recommend to everyone for ear issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father had uncontrolled diabetes and developed Nose Septal Abscess ( Pus collection below the nostril internal partition )
He started getting nose blockage & progressed to difficulty in breathing as the swelling increased .
We initially thought it was due to cold and took medicines from our family doctor , but it did not help .
Thats when i decided to take to him to an ENT specialist ,
Dr Ajay Doiphode examined and quickly diagnosed that my grandfather is suffering from Abscess & needs a pus drainage surgery.
initially we were reluctant when we heard about surgery but he calmly explained the risks if not done .
under his supervision & care , after controlling his sugars ,got him operated on 26th Jan , holiday , but as it was urgent ,Dr Ajay Doiphode did it so that infection did not spread .
i like his professional , meticulous and scientific.approach .
My grandfather is absolutely fine now after few days in hospital., he is still on Medicines and has to visit Dr Ajay Doiphode for check ups .
I thank him & would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs any Ear ,Nose & Throat treatment .
