★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been more than two months post my hair transplantation with Nuleaf and I am sharing my experience, so it might help people who are looking for similar treatment. After a long wait and research when I visited Nuleaf, the conversation with Dr Tushar went well and gave me confidence that I was approaching a skilled specialist. I had a doubt, which he cleared in the first statement itself that he would be the one who was going to do the complete transplantation procedure. It gave me confidence that I am in safe and experienced hands.
He suggested me the right treatment that is best suited for me and I acknowledged this based on my own reading. His treatments are based on the artifacts and best results for individual and not to make experiments and profits.
The staff is well trained and experienced; they assist you with clear advice during pre and post operations, follow-ups and reminders.
The clinic is clean, well maintained and all hygiene factors taken care of considering this Covid-19 situation.
I recommend to all who are really looking for clear advice, transparency and good results to visit Nuleaf clinic and meet Dr Tushar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Tushar Kshirsagar doesn't have the decency to speak to elders or is accountable. (If you have older parents, please warn them not to ask him questions if you don't get results). We had taken treatment for my brother for hair loss. During the first visit, he told us that hair fall can't be prevented but can be reduced via treatment and gave medications for reducing hair loss. But the hair loss increased after that. So, during second visit, when my parent ask him about the cause in simple terms (as my mom did not understood the clinical terms), he simply told her to not talk and as she is not the patient. Then when we asked him that she should also know the reasons, . His explanation was if after 6 months if the result went adverse, now that we are asking questions initially, how much will we ask then. He simply got offended and refused to treat my brother and gave refund of the money. I visited him seeing the google reviews/reviews on Practo but it failed to be sync with the reality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended hair transplant services. Had a really good hair transplant experience. The doctor was very helpful and explained all the details about the surgery procedure. He was also helpful during and after the surgery. Additionally, the overall surgery procedure was not painful.
I am writing this review ~1 month after the procedure. The results till now have been very satisfactory.

The doctor puts you at ease and, makes you feel very safe and confident with his abilities. I had consulted a few other centers prior to this and had several doubts about all of them -- but after meeting with Dr Tushar, I knew that I was in the right hands. I should mention that the prices here are also more affordable than many other centers. I would highly recommend this doctor and center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most knowledgeable hair specialist I know. I have come to Tushar on a few occasions now. He has a wealth of experience and skills. The great thing about Tushar is he does all procedures himself. I have heard stories where some doctors use assistants and only supervise the procedure. Tushar has done all 3 hair transplants and every procedure was done by himself. Most of my friends over the years have come to Nuleaf. Another great thing is the care throughout the procedure is incredible. He prepares you for the procedure before hand, he knows what you are going to feel and tells you to prepare for it before it happens. He has never tried to upsell of or give me the feeling that he is in it as a business. He is a true doctor and is out there to help young men build confidence rather than just selling another hair transplant. He will give you an honest consultation and you will never be chased by any sales person from the clinic to sign up.

So, after seeing my hairline recede for years, finally decided to have a HT in late 2020. Now the biggest question, which doctor to choose? For people opting for HT, this is the most complicated as well as mentally draining phase. Staying in Pune, there are n no. of options available, shortlisted a few and then started with the consultation circus.
Every clinic I visited was complete commercial. Consult the doc for a few mins and then their “Finance Team” takes over with absurd quotes. On top, the docs too openly admitted to the majority of the procedure being carried out by the so called “technicians”. Just did not get the right vibe and confidence, after all it’s a sensitive head surgery.
After searching almost every corner of Pune for almost a year, miraculously, found Nuleaf clinic online, just about 2 kms from my place. One thing worth noting is there’s absolutely no advertising / marketing / fake reviews, so went for a consultation. And within 20 mins of speaking to dr. Tushar Kshirsagar, fixed the surgery date. Found him really genuine, knowledgeable and most importantly, he is really passionate about his work for HT. Biggest pro for me was he performs the complete procedure (both extraction & implant) on this own, only 1 patient at a time and no consultations are done at that time either. For 3k grafts, he himself suggested a 2-day procedure, highlighting his dedication towards providing the best results.
And the procedure was really smooth with negligible pain, he explains every step he is performing, preparing you for what’s coming next. The implant is done with latest implanters, so his precision for the hairline design is really good. The infrastructure is clean and hygienic with good support staff. The post care was properly explained and doctor was always available on phone whenever needed. Within 10 days, swelling was gone, scabs removed and was back to my daily routine. And now, after 7 months, really happy with the results. The hairline looks absolutely natural with good density. The donor area too, even with short hair, has no scars visible. Even now when I visit him for monthly follow ups, he looks equally interested and provides required hair care / guidance.
So to conclude, if you are looking for a proper surgeon to perform your end to end HT, at almost the same market cost, don’t want to be cheated, please do give Nuleaf clinic a try. Do not go by this review, yourself speak to dr. Tushar and feel the difference & assurity. Good luck!

Back in 2014, I had a severe fungal infection, I had consulted multiple doctors including the one’s who are very famous but none of their medicines made any difference. The infection was reappearing time and again. I then heard about Tushar back then, the treatment that he provided worked miraculously on the infection and within a month I was free from the it. Again now in 20222, I had sudden eruption of acne on my face. He carefully listened to my history and did not prescribe any pills, rather he said we will try and cure it with cream & face wash. Within a week i can see the difference. No new pimples plus the pimple marks have started disappearing! He is equally good for hair as well. My husband recently got his HT done from him! No doubt his is too good at his work!
