Visited Doctor for stomach problem.Diagnosed my problem prolonging for 9 months and given relief in few days, of course it was followed after my relevant tests. Listens to you carefully.Overall one of the best Gastroenterology to visit in Mumbai.Very knowledgeable. Hello Globus Hospital management, Writing review from seperate ID to your response to the post by Naik Family on 16/04/2021( As giving comments option to your reply is not available) thus extracted a different path for putting correct picture to all user who can get benefit 1) Reply to point 1 = On taking appointment over phone there was no communication that you had taken an extra mile of adjusting our appointment ,inspite of 3 days waiting period .I simply called and front desk executive told me appointment time at 10:00 am .Also while taking appointment I had specifically asked for Dr Vedant Karveer ,there is no point asking me to visit a Other staff ,as we came to meet Doctor Vedant only . We do understand that there might be emergency but such operation are not unplanned and front desk staff shall be available with such data accordingly manage appointment ,still we had shown our readiness to wait for 1 hour so considering doctor being busy . 2) Reply to Point 2 = Sir ,we wanted to bring to your attention that the moment we entered Hospital @ 10 am , I informed by staff that you had just started procedure . So procedure got delayed is totally wrong picuture as per the information provided to me . Receptionist clearly told that sir just started procedure . 3) Reply to Point 3 = Sir , I am an architect by profession also till now I had visited many specialist or surgeon for self or family . There is first time I got to know that Hospital is saying a difference in Reporting time and Appointment time . While taking appointment no one informed us that your Hospital have this 2 different terminology . However due to human nature we do understand that there might be some delay owing Patients volume , Unplanned surgery , Doctor critical appointments for which we also understand. Also in that visit we told that we are ready to wait for 1 hour ,still front desk receptionist not confirming whether 1 hour is ok .On asking again about your visit ,she surprisingly told that come in the evening. What is the use then taking appointment ,travelling all the way to Hospital ,waiting there and again told to come in the evening . 4) Reply to Point No 4 = Noted ,heard very good review about the doctor however such staff is ruining a brand value of your company .Lacks of professional approach is clearly visible from the time we entered . Sir I saw ur review which is extremely good however seen many review about the same issue of appointment mismanagement did by your staff in the past . This is the area of correction , surely being a renowned doctor we may visit if required but overall the first experience of visiting facility was not upto the mark . As we had spent almost 2 hour to and fro traveling ,waiting and money + efforts + time gone in this mismanagement which can be avoided

Dr Vedant sir did a great job with my first ever health exam . He explained everything to me in a very clear manner . He was also kind and friendly so if our Dr is doing a good job he deserves our feed back?

My father was admitted due to liver cirhhosis . I was very satisfied in terms of tratment and detailing given to me by dr. Vedant and staff. Dr.along with staff are very humble and approachable

I was taking treatment since 2 months. Staff are very good and cooperative. I'm happy with the service. Dr vedant sir treatment also good.

My experience with Dr vedant is not good. My problem is not identify by Dr. Vedant. I do all tests as he says like Coloscopy and endoscopy . But after all test they are not properly check me and listening my problem also...

Visit this doctor if you have extra money and extra time. Doctor is not interested in listening to patients queries. they make you wait for hours and give consultation through front office in 2 minutes. Doctor doesn't even listen to the problems but keep ready made software based prescriptions ready .Doctor prescribe test worth rs 10k and front office explains you how much more money you have to shread related to OT expense.

Edit: Changing my rating since the hospital later went out of their way and accommodated an online consultation for us since we could not wait for long. The patient management in this hospital is horrible. They have absolutely no respect for other's time. They give you a reporting time an hr before the doctor even comes to the clinic which is ridiculous. I visited the hospital a couple of times and every single time they have the same excuse that there was an emergency. Emergency cannot happen every single day. To top it all the staff does not even have the decency to be apologetic about the delay. They are rude and act as if an hr or 2 of wait is normal at a doctors office which is absolutely not.
