In March 2020, We had purchased bridal collection from this store with full payment towards bill ( First Biggest Mistake as customer)
But due to COVID pandemic we had to postponed wedding dates and finally wedding concluded with few guests. I had requested shop for replacement of ordered product before delivery.
But, finally answer for everything was NO from shop side.. It gave us loss with Sorry only.. Surely will not recommend this shop to any friends in future.
We trusted on shop and made full payment. But, Shop failed to keep customer by simply saying NO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I cud give negative instead of one star. While selling they promise u customization and later ask for additional money for the same. They promised that will give ruffle duppata on a dress later they asked for money. We purchased 75k products and customer service was pathetic. They did not give bridal lehnga danglers saying we never give. Can anyone plz tell how r v suppose to find matching danglers. That too they never informed and wen requested to arrange by paying extra amount, they denied. How can they expect to wear a bridal lehnga without a latkan ? Delivery delayed by 20days. After confirming tat order is ready, wen I visited the shop, one of my dress was not ready. And they said by mistake reh gya. Juz before a wedding day they gave me dress. It was month long harassment with them. Plz plz don't buy anything from them. Even if you, plz get everything in written so tat u don't end up paying extra, also check you outfits twice before taking home, don't trust them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has also been one of my favourites for weddings.. they always have good collection matching the trends as well in the market.. the only reason Im cutting down a star as they have increased the prices drastically otherwise they are still very good in comparison with Town shopping areas..
