His therapy is personal yet very professional. He helped us during an SOS call when things became really bad and difficult to handle. Whether its visiting him in his clinic or a telephonic session, they are very effective. He is Godsend for us. I recommend him to my friends and family members who are suffering from anxiety attacks or mental trauma. With his support we realised that the more we try to control things mentally the more it affects us physically so we need to let go of controls of things which are not for us to decide or own. Depression is not a state of mind but an actual ailment which needs therapy and support, you need a therapist and there shouldn't be any shame in accepting that you need help.
