★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Kapoor has done knee replacement for both the knees on same day of my mother . After 2mnth of surgery my mom started to do all the home activities even now she can walk and climb stairs, easily. We shall ever remain thankful to Dr Kapoor for curing her knee problem.
Pray for his healthy life. Dr. Kapoor is one of the best sergion for the Knee Replacement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medica Kolkata,the name itself is enough,it's a big loot, immediately they will ask you to do all tests whatever be the cost ,required for a surgery from their lab itself and if you force too much then they will give you complete name of tests req.d so that you can do outside but they will manipulate and force you to do all tests from Medica Kolkata as soon as possible, preferably same day when doctor has asked you fr surgery after patient consulted doctor in OPD.
Now coming to Dr Vikas Kapoor review,I consulted Dr Vikas Kapoor on 16 November 2021 for my right knee patella tendon repair surgery+ Acl reconstruction surgery+ MCL tear with my MRI reports.I was asked to come to Medica between 10 am to 11 am,I reached medica at 10.30 am and by 10.40 am registration and billing Rs 1250 was done without any delay and my no.was no.2 in consultation list.Being a patient, wearing a knee immobilizer brace,I had to wait until 12.40 pm when Dr Vikas Kapoor junior name Dr tataghata called me fr initial check up,then after 10 mins Dr Vikas Kapoor came and checked me and advised step surgeries Patella tendon open surgery and MCL repair and afterwards ACL,Cost of surgery approx would be around Rs 3 and half lakh atleast.
Worst part is doctor's arrogant and rude behaviour to patient and his mother,when doctor asked about chances of success after this so costly surgery,he told God made knee cannot be regained back and doctor said he will do the surgery ,it's the patient how the patient does physio rehab post operative,all will depend on that? As a doctor instead of giving confidence,he was quite rude on numerous occasions,and then when I finished consultation with Dr Vikas Kapoor,medica wasted my 40 mins just forcing me to do tests immediately for surgery and just telling me cost of the surgery .
Finally I did the surgery at Sportsmed Mumbai under Dr Anant Joshi on 24 November.
I heard many medica stories from many persons where people visiting medica are forced to do lab tests from Medica itself at extremely high price and then afterwards someone will again approach you doing drama,that sir if you pay in cash ,we can offer you good discounts.

Now the 2nd time a subsequent shoulder dislocation occured by an activity as common as wearing a tshirt however the 2nd time Dr. Akram reduced without any anesthesia within 2 odd mins. Big Kudos to Dr. Vikas Kapoor and his team from taking me out of pain in such a short span of time. Really grateful to Dr. AKRAM
