She is wonderful human being and thoroughly professional. Dr. is very kind in nature. She takes her time to attend the patient irrespective of the no. I saw first doctor who is having beautiful handwritting like she looks.

Good doc, bang on prescriptions recommended tat is effective,loved her politeness and personal touch which aida in better healing along with good medication. Doc simran is blessed and is born to be a good doc. Thanks for serving the society. Staff is not that good but doc and her service is gem.

I had a good experience. Doctor was quite calm ,compose and great in her work.She had listened to my health complaints very patiently and examined as well as treated them in best way.She is quite popular bcoz of which I had to wait for my turn quite a long but ultimately it paid me off.Thank you so much Doctor!

She is very good and experienced doctor. Her diagnosis is really perfect. She explain things very patiently. She is now our family doctor since past 2 years. Not 5 star because of her staff behavior and it should be improved.

Worst ever staff, I told one of the staff to put sanitizer on the chair on which one of the patients who was having COVID symptoms was sitting before as they were checking Body glucose level. The staff started shouting on me and my wife that we are not going to put santizer after every other patient, I told her very politely that the person sitting before was having COVID symptoms so it would be better if they put santizer on the seat/chair on which I was going to sit for checking glucose level and body pressure. The staff went inside and called a guy who was like why am I shouting - I went for treatment wasn't having that much of energy to talk but despite he was telling me and my wife that we were shouting was taking the side of his staff and was telling me that I can not talk like that...but who has given that person authority to speak to a patient like this. Sanitizer just a small thing - Misbehaved with me and my wife saying ilaj karwana h toh karwao nai toh jao yehan se mat aana...never recommend anyone - staff is very very pathetic - No COVID Guidelines followed - saying we are not going to sanitize after every othe patient.

She is the best and very dedicated Physician in Ulwe having thorough knowledge. She recovers me from Kidney stone and helped me every time when I needed. Her suggestions means lot for me. Not more words for her, just brilliant Doctor.

I found her inexperienced.. I was not satisfied with my experience with Dr walia. She charges 300 which is higher then other physicians in the area also charged me 200 on followup visit within 15 days. It seems she didn't understand the issue clearly and tried to just finish the discussion asap as so many patients were waiting .

You are true False information from your side. Patient has suffered not you... As you have mentioned pointers 1) Your staff dosent know how to talk 2) I have not complained about the doctor - it is your staff - We have visited Mrs. Walia before she is very polite. 3) You were the person who shouted and was telling a patient to go away 4) We do understand the Crisis situation and there is no need to put a whole bottle of santizer it is just a basic thing to follow at this crisis situation at least by guiding your staff how to respond and how to clean. 5) I do also understand the patient might not be COVID positive, but she has symptoms of COVID as your person only was taking the sample.. I am his wife and how you talked with me - I know that and it was. As you were mentioning you are very much conserned about your female staff. But it wasn't same towards me...you were never polite and not professional. Doctor over there is nice I am her regular client. But today you guys showed the exaxt picture which is ruining her reputation.claps for you. It would be better to understand our situation as well - a patient came to your clinic and we were not demanding anything just to sanitize the chair properly.. and you were not there when I was speaking to your staff. You are talking about the patience - I saw that when you said don't visit here again... Thanks for taking pains to reply - you should have resolved the issue at that time only, by educating your staff.
