He is excellent mentor while talking professionally and personally. He has very good connections in the market. He ensures best possible outcome per client needs which is what everyone expected out of interior. He approves the interior to designer who works for him only when he finds satisfaction. She ensure to the client how requirements can be properly club with good budget. She listen to the client very carefully and implement in such a way which will ease to your budget and interior. Thanks a lot Prachi for all your incredible support till the end of project and adjustement. Really hats off... :) Pls keep in touch.. Improvements Required in Team: 1. Planning to schedule how ? 2. Decide each stage when to update client 3. Reporting activities and type of asks to client on site 4. Quotations type and paper work require an improvement 5. Supervisor must be having good experience and able to handle complex situations on site 6. Not let client do the ground work during inspection 7. Innovative and quick turnaround & solution on spot 8. 2D design must improve with right measurements like for an example how much area need to leave from window or door to put a dressing which worker and supervisor were asking me. What if I was not there...? 9. Lack of coordination between supervisor and workers which impacted somewhat my interior 10. Touch and feel of finishing must check at each stage 11. Cleaning post completion was not up to the mark 12. Don't waste client's time by not sending anyone on site 13. Lack of Proactiveness and acknowledgement 14. Try to give an options to the client rather to cut 15. Try not to do the double work or listen the client requirements properly 16. Please use good product like channel, magnetic push button etc 17. Stick to the completion date of project however client always flexible on handover atleast from my side it was. Considering above genuine points are all up to you to improve further however overall brilliant work.. All the best for future projects and growth.. Thanks tonnes..!

It was a great experience with Dream Dots Interiors. After evaluating a couple of interior designers we finalized with Dream Dots because of unique customize designs, using best quality materials with reasonable price. The design team was agile enough to accommodate all our changes that we kept proposing during the design phase as well as execution phase. Thanks to Prachi for her efforts. Interiors is what gives shape to your home. It is a reflection of who you are. Though mine is not an end to end interiors requirement, Dreamdots understood my needs and executed it as per their expertise.What is best about them is 'customisation'- there was never a 'No' to the designs I asked for. Their expertise in the field added glamour to the idea of my dream home. Keep up the good work.

Dreamdots has a strong ethics of business with high level of integrity. Mr George is not only cooperative in terms of his customer requirement but also provides exceptionaly high level of satisfaction to them. He changed the entire woodeorks of kitchen without any extra cost due to small mistake made by workmen and shouldered entire responsibility of the mistske done. I have done my interiors with Dreamdots.Great work done by George and team. They understood what we needed and made all the modifications as per our wish. Quality was not compromised and made it elegant.

I done interiors of my 3BHK with DreamDots (Geroge) in Oct 2018. During that time, I had to intervene & supervise in almost every aspect of interiors as their carpenters, electricians were not experienced or professional. Hence I had lot of rework done which it rectified further however the quality got compromised be it wardrobes (all 3) or false ceilings.. George is a nice and sincere guy so he was patient and tried helping. He was not a fighting kind however it doesn't help me in the longevity of the interiors due to the quality it has. For example, Many LED lights (in false ceiling), hinges (Hettich) which were supposed to have longer life & warranties are in deteriorating state & non-functional which I shared in 2020-21 but because of COVID it was understandable reluctance to fix it. Now, when I ask about LED lights & false ceiling failures & what are they going to do about it, I get no response back. That's the problem.

George, Thank you for the great work. Especially your visits to the site and making sure that the work is in progress and at the pace. And Believe me, you are lucky to have Prachi on your side, She is a Gem and definitely deserves a raise. She took care of all my queries, requirements and responded on timely manner. Most of all, getting project completed on TIME. Kudos to your team, they did amazing job, fine work. I would highly recommend "Dream Dots Interiors" to everyone i know.
