★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst branch ever. They never respond to any of the requests. I've been requesting them for few things for the past 5 to 6 yrs and still haven't gotten it done. Never go to this Bank. Infact Sbi has the worst online system.

Later approached this branch for home loan and they had given my contact details to some third party guy which i feel is not correct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't expect SBI staff to be helpful at all. The lady at the information counter was super helpful and helped answer all my queries and setup the internet credentials which I was dreading over for more than a year, if I had to visit SBI at all. I was in and out of the branch in 30 minutes. Amazing and totally unexpected customer experience from SBI.
