★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the stafs are very supportive, competitive and caring. I never thought to get SBI account within an hour. I didn't fill any documents only sign like private bank ..it was great experience..big thumbs up for this branch and team..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People in this bank are sitting with the mind set that they are govt employees. And they dont want to respond normal people who is visiting this branch. Better to make this place as a vip visitor branch. So we can expect the better results

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. No one is working properly. To update new adress and to issue password, even after 6 times visit to bank people are not ready to do their work. I am working working.en for same reason taking permission for 6 to 7times for same do you it's possible. All are old age people they don't work seriously. And coming to manager to Complaint on the same, nor morning he is available nor afternoon. Don't know whether manager is there are not. Please instead of keeping branch like this better to close the branch in hongasandra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Staff don't respect and respond to our queries. Have been to do passbook entry (manjunath employee charged for giving passbook) on asking with manager he initiated refund. Worst customer service, never expected these kind of behaviour from them.
They have to remember that they are getting paid from customer Money and have to work for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few years back I have opened Sukanya samridhi account. It was a painful support, need to visit the branch multiple times even after having all required docs. Even for taking the passbook print then was a pain. Need to visit multiple time for a simple work. Typical govt bank. Visited it recently again after 5 years, the interior, look and feel got changed. It is more organized and new staff and can see faster response.
