Shocked to see this in such a reputed bank..had come for cash deposit and even the branch manager is not responding for the calls. Worst services..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff behaviour is very bad. I was visited this branch morning and they told me that server down and can't do any transaction, I again came after noon and they told me same story. I told that I am coming second time then they told me to wait and transaction was done. I never faced like this behaviour from any other ICICI bank branches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank opens at 9 30 and the staff are in the meeting till 11. 30 and the customers have to wait for 2 hrs. Pathetic experience in this branch. The employees over here doesn't know how to treat customer in proper way. Chit chatting all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad and unprofessional employees, who don't even know how to print DD. They says it's machine problem, so will deduct the charges from account, bank is not responsible for it. I am sharing the photo of DD here to save others time and money. Never go to this bank unless you want to spend more than 3 hours. They made me wait 3.5 hour by saying that manager is not available. I don't know where manager had gone during the office hours (3.5 hours). So irresponsible manager and staffs.
Advise to the ICICI bank management: Please create better hiring process and check the attitude and knowledge of candidate before hiring them. Don't hire irresponsible and dumb employees unless bank don't want to lose the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class customer service by this branch. All staffs are like donkeys even donkeys works well.. If you go for small deposits they don't care... Don't visit this branch for any service. They suggest to go to bommanahalli branch for even small query and then what is the use for opening this branch here..... Kall boli maklu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh! What a bad experience. I have went to this branch 5days consecutively for KYC update of my newly opened salry account. Each day i am getting different stories( Dont have working finger print machine). No one has good knowledge and No one giving proper information. 5th day telling go bommanahalli branch for Salary account KYC update and other details.
Even kannada also using this branch. This branch is located in karnataka, bengalurur, Begur main road.
