★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The HDFC Singasandra Branch is located on Hosur Road near to the BBMP Singasandra Park.
On couple of occassions that I have been to this branch, my experience has been pleasant and the staff has been very helpful is answering my queries and helping with my banking needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch deserves every bit of the 2 star rating it has. Went to open an account and had the worst experience ever. Couldn't believe that this was an HDFC bank branch. The staff is not at all courteous while dealing with the customers. They don't provide you enough information or the kind of information that you need. Basically, felt like HDFC was doing me a favor by opening an account for me in this branch.

It causes so much trouble to the people who go to the location and figure out that the branch itself is not there.

I m switching to other bank
My account is preferred account... Still they haven't informed me by phone call or by mail regarding Return Of my cheque. Without informing me they sent my cheque to home branch which is located in Kerala. I m staying in Bangalore. Cheque also taken from bengalore. And deposited in Bangalore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ stay away from this bank at-least from this branch Singasandra 560068, since our company has corporate tie-up , i had no other choice. i had opened salary account and chosen this branch since it is very close from my place. after opening online i went for full kyc verification. SIMPLY STAFF TOLD ME THAT , KYC IS NOT HAPPENING HERE , BETTER YOU GO TO SOME OTHER BRANCH. I SAID I HAVE CHOSEN THIS BANK WHY SHOULD I GO TO OTHER BRANCH, THEN THEY HAVE TOLD ME THAT , PLEASE COME AFTER ONE WEEK , WILL SEE WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU.
SAME BANK USE TO CALL ME 100 TIMES AND CONVINCE ME TO GET CREDIT CARD , HOW BANK CAN BE SO BIASED rigid , UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL.
TWO FACES OF DOING DIRTY BUSINESS WITH PUBLIC.
YOU HAVE NO CHOICE LIKE ME THEN GO , ELSE AVOID.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is wrong in google map. Despite knowing that bank doesn't correct it. I saw previous reviews. It seems mindless people are handling the google account. They respond with set language, does not even read the reviews.
Lastly branch manager Binod Barua who is a cheat person. He will call each and everyone with "Dear" In almost each sentence. My ears almost bled after hearing it so many times. He would try to sell you anything and everything. Once his business need is done, he would never pick up your call, neither would provide any guidance.
Recommendation - stay away from at least this branch and branch manager.
