β β β β β Worst bank. There was only one clerk and office here. When I asked for new bank account she was begging crying asking me not to open as there no staff to process it. Bad experience. Donβt believe the outside appearance. I remember one saying in Telugu. β paina pataaram lona lotaramβ. She also saying no branch will bank account.

β β β β β Think twice before going here,Bank staffs are treating customers rudely,not even have little bit politeness especially lady staffs.....even if the customer work is possible,they rejects and tells us to go to home branch,then I visited haraluru branch they solved my problem quickly (without telling me to go to home branch)and staffs also very polite....

β β β β β The staffs are not well trained or well mannered. It felt more like a Telugu Regional bank, reason being the lady clerk at the 2nd counter was giving preference to Telugu speaking customers first. I was waiting there in queue and all those customers who could speak Telugu were barging in from side and getting their queries resolved and she was responding to them first !!!
No proper queue was maintained or may be they donβt follow the First In First serve policy....
