★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year we booked a trip package for Seychelles through Dream travels. Nikita Khetan coordinated with us and initially she quoted for some price for 5 days trip. When we asked for the hotel details, she provide the details about the hotel. One of them was a 4 star property(for 3 day stay) and the second was a service apartment(2 days stay). After we got the names of the hotels we looked for the reviews on the internet and found one of the property to be good but we could not found the reviews for the second property. Initially we had no idea about the service apartment. When we reached at the service apartment in Mahe, it was so horrible and the property was so lonely with no food and restaurants nearby and even the receptionist of the Apartment left at 5 PM. The apartment was on the hill top and there were no attendant nearby. We anyhow spent one night with no food and next day we booked hotel Berjaya with our own.
After reaching there we tried to contact them and no body was attending the call and we were just helpless.
I want to highlight the kind of cheating they did with us, like they allotted service apartment on a honeymoon trip which they were not supposed to do and in turn charged a lot of money for the package. So, I would like to make all the people alert who are taking a travel package from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amazing experience with the service provider. We took a trip to Seychelles and we were thoroughly delighted to say the least. The place was ethereal, and the locals were amazing. That's ed hotels booked were beyond beautiful.. And absolutely stunning. Each hotels in different island of Seychelles was highly professional, and amazingly suited to all your needs. They had fun programmes, live music, etc to entertain each evening. The Caribbean feel parties were very beautifully organized. The food and cuisines were amazing and sumptuous.. It's a treat to the taste buds to have tasted the amazing variety of cuisines in those hotels selected by the service providers. The local guides, the tour coordinator, everyone was very professional, and very friendly. Seychelles is one of the best sea destination now a days among international tourism destination, and service providers at dream travels organized our tour very neatly. It was well planned, spaced and timed. We were always updated and they discussed all details with us so we can have an amazing experience. Thank you... Dunno when the world will open again... But If it does and when I would surely choose them as my trusted travel partner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We planned our Dubai Trip with Dream Travels during Feb 2019. It was a 2 family group trip. Everything is taken care by DT. We had a very good experience even before the trip with the guidance and suggestions given by Mr.Gaurav who was our point of contact in DT. He planned the trip in such a way that we do not miss any important tourist attractions in Dubai. It was a 4 day trip and we tried to cover all the places in Dubai and Abudhabi. The hotel that has been booked by DT is very much satisfying and we had a comfortable stay. All the city tours and sight seeing were on time and all the time the cabs will be waiting for us 5 min before the schedule. An example of their service- We did not buy any local SIM cards in dubai, even then we were able to manage the complete trip because of the very well planning and execution. Every time we know what’s next and when we should be ready. In all our trip we had English speaking guides/Drivers to make things easy for us. Very satisfying abs comfortable Trip. Everyone enjoyed and there is no negative experience we faced in this entire trip. To note this is a budget trip and Mr.Gaurav had given us a best package for our budget. After this trip I have referred Dream Travels to some of my friends and everyone are happy with their service. We have a very good Travel Agent for all our future trips. Looking forward for the next trips with Dream Travels soon after the pandemic.
