★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have admitted my father suffered from hyperglycemia 2 months back. when I called them for Ambulance service response was fast & timely. he was admitted under Dr. Mitra for 10 days. my overall experience is satisfactory but charges are on a bit higher side considering the amenities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't take ur loved ones in dreamland if u want them back. I took my father there as der was slight drop in oxygen level. Dr Shivan Palodhi and Dr Tarit Mitra did not do proper treatment, it was simple viral fever which was supposed to be cure with simple antibiotics, they just gave paracetamol and insulin (which was not required). Intentionally they did cure up the fever just to raise the number of days stay in nursing home , hence raise the bill. The named it undiagnosed fever and just did plenty of tests.
Be aware of Dr Shivan Palodhi and Dr. Tarit Mitra, They will transform a normal person to a patient. I took my father from there and took him to a local doctor, he gave proper medicine and next day my father is 85% cured, and Dr Tarit Mitra and Dr Shivan Palodhi could not diagnose fever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Dreamland Nursing Home" Hospital will not help to take appointment with Doctors who are working in same premises.
No Standard process to reach doctor, you have to reach "THE AGENT" under the Doctor, to get appointment. And AGENT will not pick the call.
Imagine, your family person admitted in the hospital for serious illness.
Patient Party, should not ask question about the progress of patient.
If you ask, you are not allowed to talk
Doctor will see patient, at around 1:00 AM or Graveyard time. And you have to catch the doctor for update.
Your loved one in hospital is Bad time, In Bad Time you need hope and seek of betterment is human psychology ..
And your loved one in Dreamland hospital is REAL BAD TIME, Because you will be kept in blind.
After reading this, I still want people should walk-in and check the infrastructure of Hospital and give a call.
And in Emergency, Dreamland Nursing Home should be the last and least option.
And hope your not reading the reviews after getting admitted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Late response by staff. Unnecessary charges. Doctor visit patient once in day whatever the situation of patient. Bad behaviour of medical staff. It took more than 3 hrs to discharge patients even after clearing all the bills. I wish I don't need to come here again.
