★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital in terms of patient management. Dr Debashis Chatterjee doesn't know how to interact with patient party & moreover he doesn't know to do treatment for patients. Doctors, Management people like Mr Pyne & Mr Dipankar here are scamsters. No proper management neither guidelines. Would request everyone not to admit patient here even in extreme crisis. 1 star is even too good for them. U haven't seen an worst nursing home like this ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely best nursing home I have ever seen..I admitted my family member on 15th may 2021,,under Dr.chatterjee(Debasish Chatterjee) in serious condition..I really thank Ram Krishna medical complex (phoolbagan) authority,, Doctor Chatterjee,,and all the emergency staffs for taking a good care of her,, I lost hope of getting bed.But ramkrisna helped me when I needed the most(pandamic) .
Well trained and disciplined staff..must go for this hospital without any hesitation.. Highly recommend that Nursing home..I am and I will always be thankful to Ramkrishna medical complex nursing home..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found sympathetic and kind medical team and other employees, prompt service, transparent paperwork along with good treatment at reasonable cost during the peak of the 2nd wave of Covid-19 pandemic situation in India. They are very much responsive for reimbursement cases also. Trustworthy organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really thankful to all stuff, nurse, Doctor & support stuff of Ramkrisna Medical Complex for giving my elder brother a new life after effecting of COVID-19 deases. They works hard, smooth & enormous for not only us, but also all other patients. I am suggesting my all friends and families to take admission for any kind of deases. Also saying that this organization is suitable for middle class peoples. Charges are feasible and quality of treatment is advanced and proper.

They are serving the right treatment on right time and obviously with right decisions. And save my life and many mores. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother Tiyasha Bera 74 years old was admitted on May 29 under Dr. Debasish Chatterjee after experiencing a drop in oxygen saturation and low grade fever This was one month after he was tested positive for covid. Dr. Chatterjee really took great care of my mother and patiently heard me when I would meet her in the evenings. he is one of the best doctors I have come across, is aware of bedside manners and my mother was very happy to be under her treatment. he continues to be under her treatment. Dr. Priyojit Bagchi was the pulmonologist and I hear from my mother that he was very good and empathetic and took good care of her. Also Indrani Madam helped me a lot during admission and I will be ever grateful to her.
Initially my mother tested positive and was taken to Covid ICU and 2 days later was shifted to a general ward after being tested negative. The nurses in both places were very good compared to nurses in other hospitals. I believe that there is a shortage of nurses in Kolkata now but still the nurses did their best. I am saying this from experience as my mother had a private nurse at home when she was tested for covid and the nurses at Ramkrishna were very competent.
I would like to thank you for taking good care of my mother.

For their great medical performance for recovering emergency patients with their excellence job within affordable rate for all middle class persons
