★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place ever to even thought about. I had paid for an apartment paying 70% of the total amount. But the time taken to complete the project was too much and it got delayed so i decided to cancel it. They said the amount will be refunded with 2 - 3 months. But Its been more than 2 years, I've not received a single penny back. Everytime I'm calling the concerned officials, their phones are switched off. Even the offices are shut down. Pls don't waste your hard earned money into such frauds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Spacious Room Size recently visited the site. Project is 200 mtrs from Nagar road situated at Gadewasti, you can easily see the transportation on highway. Maximum Defense person are staying in society so it well maintained & organized by them. Wagholi after April 2021 merged in PMC limits so it will take time to develop roads properly but we know wagholi is having bright future. All Education hubs, retail stores & bus stop, are walkable distance. I will suggest If you are planning to buy property you must visit once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent society, all owners are from defence background. It's serene and has good environment. Very close to nagar road, NH, reliance Mart, McDonald's. It's in close proximity to schools and colleges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ locality wise I thought it would be small size but I was wrong I judge a book with cover. Spacious room size, very close to nagar road. I will recommend this project to visit before finalising any other. Sales person are also very supportive.
