★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't recommend Dreams2Realty, and specially Pravin, high enough! Pravin has been a superstar from our first contact. He managed to find me the most amazing commercial premises for my business, in a prime location, prime building and negotiated the price for me. Being an expat in Mumbai isn't easy, specially when you aren't aware of regulations and negotiating. While real states base their commissions in the negotiating price, Pravin never put his own commission in front of my budget! He has been very patient and professional throughout the whole experience and even after the contract was finalised. He has been guiding me from day one, to today's date. His knowledge of the market and understanding of expat's needs makes him the perfect choice to anyone moving to Mumbai. I was referred to him by another expat to whom Pravin found a residential property for and they are as happy as I am.
