They keep telling they will share the driver details and that never happens. Please say no if you cannot provide drivers or stop your services. I will not recommend them at all for an urgent requirement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of hidden charges. I liked the driver and was just about to give a good feedback, when I was informed about a tariff update. When the booking was done for a time slot 6:30pm to 10:30pm quote was Rs350/- Upon trip completion Rs378/- after 10mins revised to Rs478/- and when enquired the customer service agent actually talks back in an extremely rude manner. Pathetic!! Neither using your service again nor recommending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a driver using DriveGo. The driver (SaiVanna) was great, ontime, professional and the service of DriveGo was lot lot better than I ever expected. They sent a driver for an outstation trip within 1.5 hours of calling them for the first time. Awesome work, keep it up!

I requested a steady and smooth driving with less jerks as I get travel sick very fast. He complied and we had a very pleasant experience, One of the best services in a very long time. It was a good conversation and day before travel Murthy , my designated driver called to confirm the details and time of pick up and on day of Travel he arrived promptly - The Innova car was clean and comfortable
It was hassle free trip and I my elderly mother joined me on trip back to Bangalore
She was comfortable and driving was smooth and safe
All in all a very good experience and I will recommend Drive n Go always
