★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, I had 2 consignment with 2 different bills. I produced them both at the same time for collection, he said he needs 2 copies of adhaar card one for each consignment when I asked him to take one copy and attach both bills together he said it is not possible, I ran around to get another xerox and after I gave him the copy,he has without explanation charged miscellaneous charge of 20 to each bill, I agree with Hamlin charge of 10 each added in the bill but why a separate 20 rs to each bill as miscellaneous when I asked what is the reason he told me everyone pays this charges so I will also have to pay 20 extra. I had asked at the booking place before giving parcel if there will be charges he told yes you will have to pay hamali charges according to Weight and nothing else but here they are charging 20 and we have to pay without question. I hope VRL checks into this matter and take action as this 20 charge per consignment is nothing but commission to dispatch my goods.
I have had good experience in majority of places I have used VRL bus or logistics but the staff here are rude and won't respond to you until you pay the charges

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional way of speaking with the customer and if you call the office for the consignment the telephone number is out of service pathetic.no proper location shared . Not recommend at all
