★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: I raised a complaint on 12.07.18 by calling their customer care. Seemed like they did not care a damn about my problem. All I got in acknowledgement was an auto generated email telling me they will return within 48 hrs. Today is 30.08.18 and I am still waiting for a response. Now I am very confident about their service, their value towards customer and problem resolution. Even if you pay me million rupees, I am never ever going back to these people.
Absolutely disgusted for choosing them to transport my Bosch Washing Machine.
Starting from the trolley guy to pick up the machine till it was delivered at destination, every single one of the staff was rude and reckless. Not even one straight and satisfactory answer/response to any of our questions.
Today after we received our washing machine at the destination, we opened it to only find that major parts like door and pipe starting points are broken. Called up to check and the answer they gave is: ‘ this happens sir and is expected in transport, why are you making so much fuss? If the washing machine was lost you could have claimed the insurance but you received it right? Nothing we can do.’
So yea, they will charge you exorbitant prices claiming for safe and fast transport but they are cheap people who are just looting us. Government railway transport service is far better than this private service.
Even while handling the machine at source, they dropped it as the labour(paid for) couldn’t hold the weight. To mention very clearly, one of the helpers was excessively drunk and I had to shout at him thrice for handling it properly.
Totally disappointed and frustrated. Now I need to pay extra money from my pocket to get it fixed. Too bad for anyone.
Strongly suggest neither to trust Navata nor chose them for anything you wish to transport. Period.
