★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless is not the word. They do not quote the repair price for pumps when you give it. After 2-3 days, they will quote a price which is too high and very close to new one and recommend you to take a new one. If you choose to take it to another place for repair, you need to pay 400 Rs as inspection charge. To avoid it you need to take new pump for them at very close to MRP price. You end up losing money in any case. Price you pay for trusting the bad people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful when you are doing business with them. They will put lots of hidden charge in your motor and accessories. Especially when you are asking for repair work. Transport charge, motor opening charge, labour charge, installation charge. I got cheated by these guys and finally lost good amount on these. Be careful. Take every cost in writing in advance.
Edit 1: In response to your reply. I already paid Rs. 4600 to the person who picked up the motor from my house. Moreover, when i was asked to pay for the new motor, it was agreed that there will not be any charge except Rs. 4600 what I paid to the person who took the motor. Your employee even agreed to deliver the old motor to my home. After the new motor is fixed and i called for the old motor, the drama started. First you guys took a week to tell me that the old motor is there with you and then started asking to collect it from shop. When i went to collect it from the shop, i was asked to pay for the transportation charges which was already included and agreed in the new motor charges. When i refused to pay the money which you asked you guys refused to return the old motor.
You guys are doing unethical business and one needs to be very careful in dealing with you. People need to demand written estimates in advance so to avoid the demands which were not agreed initially.
