★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I seriously wanna give 0 to drivezy. They are a big fraud company. First time you might find it good but beware they will end up cheating you in near future. They will blame you for some damage and make you pay a heavy price for it. it's better you go for zoomcar car or any other rental car or bike then drivezy.

The behaviour of customer care is just pathetic (feels like they have been forced to read the pre written sentences irrespective of the query) and the guys who handover the car do not even have the basic knowledge regarding billing and the car condition(most of the cars are in worst conditions).AT THE END OF THE TRIP BE READY TO GET LOOTED BY THEM.

I booked a car 10 days for a trip along with my guests who travelled from delhi .. my booking started at 8 am .. at 8:30 they inform us that the car is cancelled due to insurance expiration. Can you trust that ? We were all set to go with out bags packed and hotels booked ..They just cancelled booking ...
