★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gym can only be good if the trainers are good, here the main Trainer,who supposedly is the owner as well only concentrates on the money, He is only interested in taking personal training or his wife (who prefers to interrupt in others workout) , The equipments are an era old ,the owner doesn't want to spend on the gym.Total waste.Go at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a wonderful well equipped gym. Air conditioned, and change room. Lot of new HIIT,crossfit workout. The staff were great .Knowledgeable trainers .I love to workout The Gym Dilshad Garden.
