Gym infrastructure is awesome and hygiene is up to the point round the clock even in pandemic times. Best gym to visit in Dilshad Garden.

They give you proper attention and you will get the results soon They have all the necessary machines that too in good condition. I would highly recommend this gym. Special thanks to my trainer Pooja Rana for her guidance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is above Canara Bank, located on the second floor. All the machinery is new and is of good brand Viva fitness. The Gym is spacious enough.The locker facility and washrooms including changing rooms for men/women are available.
The Gym also has a separate cabin for Cardio/Zumba/Aerobics. Gym is currently open for all day from morning 6 am to evening 10 pm,on Sundays gym is open till 10am.
The gym instructor is knowledgeable person and would provide you good guidance.
Trademills/Crosstrain/Cycles machines are also available in the gym.
Overall, the gym is offering a very good package for all age groups, to stay fit. One of the best gyms in the locality. Gym is also offering great discounts for the new year and also one can get a free trial for 2 Days before joining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good gym. Equipment is only 5-6 years old. Also trainers are friendly and there is also a female trainer for females. I think the only disadvantages are space and price. It's a little bit cramped and expensive. Otherwise it's a good gym.
