β β β β β Extremely unprofessional. We had booked a taxi through Mr. Karthikeyan, for a taxi at 12:30 PM. No taxi came at 12:30. I called up the driver, only to be informed that someone else will come. The owner did not even have the courtesy to call and inform me about this and the taxi came at 2:30, with two hours delay. The driver was driving at a speed of 60 Kmph on Bangalore - Salem NH. Vehicles like activa were overtaking us. The driver was extremely inexperienced, the owner (Mr Karthikeyan) arranged somebody just like that without even knowing about the credentials of the driver. Suddenly the driver started clapping all of a sudden during the journey. H started saying he is doing that to avoid sleep. We were shocked. Without having proper sleep, why should anybody drive, putting life at risk? Finally the journey that should have taken 4.5 hrs or so, took close to 6.5 hrs.
