★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best diagnostic center in the city. Each patient is taken care individually, management of patient diagnostics is also up to the mark. Nice location of the diagnostic center and expenditure is also reasonable too.

After receiving the report same day evening, it was seen written that the sample was collected from outside, though the same was collected same day in person from patient at Park Street lab.When brought to notice, it was told that it was a copy-paste fault.

Over the last five decades, it has been our endeavour to continuously upgrade and modernise the facilities. With the advent of automation in India, the laboratory has gone in for automation and, at present, the Clinical Biochemistry, Serology, Haematology & Immunohaematology departments are using fully automated instruments. It has been our aim to serve the people of Kolkata and its neighbouring areas to the best of our ability and to offer modern and up-to-date laboratory facilities to help in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. With a staff strength of more than 100,which includes 15 doctors (11 of whom have post-graduate qualifications), competent laboratory technicians, office staff and other ancillary workers, the laboratory has always tried to maintain the highest possible standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The oldest and most reliable Diagnostic center at Kolkata. The reports are very accurate and acceptable by all the Hospitals and Doctors. Now they are accepting payments through debit and credit cards. The place is bit crowded but they maintain a very good serial and usually the whole process of taking samples is complete by 30 mins to 1 hr.. Limited Parking is also available for vehicle for the patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked for a test through the Ultadanga collection centre. I am overseas and need regular tests for my aged parents at Kolkata. My primary requirement was to provide me the report through whatsapp or email since my aged patents don't have the men power to collect the report. I was confirmed by Mr Tapas Sen Gupta that I will get the report electronically and promised me all the good stuff under the sun. One day had passed and I didn't received the report while the Doctor is waiting for the report for treatment. After chasing with Mr Tapas he sent the photos of the report that is not readable and then stopped receiving my calls or messages. I contacted the head office and was treated as an offender and annoyance. The lady advised that it is not their branch but a collection centre and I have to deal with them. She refused to sent me an electronic copy of the report lab ref no. JCL1026 by email. After spending 7K on test this is the last thing I deserved. I think the head office should realise that my honest intention was to get the renowned service and the collection centre represents their banner and generates revenue. So, it is implied to train their staff to accept and take ownership of any false promise made by the collection centre. I would have given negative feedback but 1 star is the minimum I can provide. Hope this doesn't happen to the parents of the offenders of this crime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in the given number for blood sample home collection. The way madam spoke to me is horrible. According to her I need to pay ₹500 to ₹600 extra as home collection charges and also need to book in an advance for 6 to 7 days. More over the way she has spoken is not at all desirable. Why so much fake professionalism or attitude? God knows what they think about themselves ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience - scheduled a home collection of samples via the WhatsApp number, obtained from one of their outlets. Was followed up very promptly (via calls) and costs were properly explained. The staff arrived at home exactly on time as promised. Very professional behaviour and expertise levels were commendable. Paid about 50% initially and paid the remaining once the reports were delivered - same day at around 6-45pm.Overall a great service and highly recommended.
