β β β β β This nursing is clean, with all the necessary facilities required for hospital stay.
The hospital staff at the billing department HOWEVER, is not very helpful. The hospital does not accept Googlepay or payment via digital wallets. They had not properly specified the amount to be carried on the day of discharge, and my grandmother carried a little less than expected. I tried to help her out from another city, but it takes time to add a Nominee and then transact through conventional online banking. The staff did not help my old grandmother in any way whatsoever, and my grandmother kept panicking. In today's generation, where you get everything at your doorstep, this 18th century nursing home was in no position to coordinate with a person from a different city and of no help to an old citizen. It makes me wonder what the hospital management is doing to mitigate such issues? The hospital however makes bills which are 14 pages long, and hand it to a layman, who never cross question them.
