★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service. I will never recommend anyone to live in Ds Max apartments. Renters are treated like third class people here. Any person with even slightest self respect will never live here. Staff and authorities are very rude and arrogant. Their work very slow and it takes 30 - 40 phone calls to get even a small work done. No corcern, care and respect for tenants. They will not tell their rules clearly and slowly make your life hell. Never live in their apartment otherwise you will leave soon with a lot of bitterness.

We were searching for a flat meanwhile called Mr. Saket for a flat immediately helped us in many ways to get this flat.
Ms. Sherly also helped us a lot regarding the payment issue which we had faced during the flat deposit.
Mr. Stephen was also very helpful in arranging calling bell, curtain rods and washroom door was not proper he arranged carpenter for repair,
Above mentioned seniors understand customer values and needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very sorry to inform that the facility manager for the DS max Sparkle nest apartment (K Narayanapura Cross) has not been helpful since the time we shifted here. there are lot of issues in the interiors which was promised by the FACILITY MANAGER to get it rectified but he always failed at his work. he just kept giving false promised but never met the need. we have been having the Sliding wardrobe issues since the time we reached the flat. the doors are like anytime they would fall off. we have small kids and old people at home and having these kind of doors is really unsafe. though repeated calls were given, he rather disconnects the call or gives some nonsense messages. Not only me, but most of them in the apartment issues with this Facility Manager. A genuine request to please take this seriously and get us someone who is better fit to be and can meet our queries at the earliest. Since i was unable to post the review without giving a star, with no much interest I gave 1 star.
