★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is so poor. Every day half of the time it is not working and after calling in office answer is fix that it is not our problem supply is cutoff from main switch.it is very disgusting.......HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED...Plz don't waste ur money here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services are good but they do not have any power backup options for hubs. Once power goes off hub stops working and internet of all the customers connected to that hub get disconnected. They must install power backup at hub locations so that customers get internet connective even in the situation of power failures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charging for 30mbps and giving less than 10mbps. There is no network stability. Even after maintenance problems are not resolved. Not ready to listen to issues. Biggest problem is it's always the customers fault with router, wire, device, laptop...they have no problem. 98% problems start after 8pm in the evening as they are closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service cable cut in every 2 day and there will be internet problem after 6 pm everyday not able to do office work for home. If you call on customer care number it will be always busy . take money for fo 30 days and giving service only for 20 days no internet for 10days

No ownership on services rendered it's a call please don't subscribe unless they don't feel pinch won't help provided they don't run other business which runs and this unit is run only to pump money and show loss running biz.
