★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service provided ever. Using 20mbps plan and receiving hardly 2mbps or 3mbps. They do not have bandwidth to provide you with internet, it is just for the name sake. I would recommend to move somewhere else and check for some other reliable sources.

The internet never works and when called they would say it's not their fault but fault of the new router that we use . The technicians would never answer the call. And if they do they would be at your place when the internet is working fine just to say it's the customers fault .
