★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went on to take this diet by seeing google reviews. The plans are really cost-efficient, and I ended up loosing 15 kgs in 8 months, even though my metabolism has been really low, and I had struggled with weight since forever.
Plus points:
- Super customized (based on schedule, likes/dislikes, stress levels, routines)
- Fun foods (Soya chaap, nutella, ice cream, rajma rice, and so much more in perfect quantities every now and then)
- New recipes that are weird yet super tasty (Oats chilla, Spinach Smooth, Dal chilla, oats pizza toast)
- Self-dieting, productivity and sleep pointers
Minus Points:
- Detox plans (smoothies and soups plans for 2-3 days once a weight plateau is there; didn't work for me, but eventually shifting to the normal plan, helped)
- Zero cheat days (the plan does not come with cheat days, on specific days free day will be given with some guidelines if needed; but then plan is good enough to not really need cheat day)

I am Hemlata, aged 54yr. I was struggling with weight loss for a long time and my daughter gifted me dietician Shivani's plan. I had never tried a diet before, but now i must say i am amazed with the results. I had set the target to loose 8 kg and that was very well achieved. The plan not only helped me loose weight but also nurtured my body. I have no acidity issues now which was a big problem earlier.
The variety of food was good for my taste buds and i didnt know we have so many other things to eat rather then our routine meal.
