★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The google map shows the bus stand with the name "Q Block Durbalnath Vatika" in Mangolpuri but no bus stops opposite side of bus stand but maps was showing and the road was about 1.5 km approx. but there is no bus stand on that road please fix this problem ...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dtc bus has good facilities in Delhi, at least for the money you can go anywhere. The fare of women, elderly and students is forgiven. The time sometimes seems more expensive but cheaper and easier for everyone dtc is much easier than bus, as security police personnel are present inside the bus at all times Thanks to dtc bus for being prompt in service.

My name is Sahil Kumar yesterdayy I was traveling toword batra hospital from Khanapur so I take bus route no 34 bus no DL1PC7469 timing 1:20 to 1:30pm so I was traveling and I have a e bus pass but bus condector said that my e pass not acceptable so I said him please check my pass it's a valid e bus pass but unfortunately he didn't know anything about e pass so he misbehaved me and he said me to get down from the bus sir that's behaviour not acceptable sir he mantaily harassed me but i asked his for his complain book but he didn't provide me and he said that do whatever i don't care and I'm sharing bus conductor photo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a routinely traveler of cluster buses (specially blue color buses). Because the cluster buses are sound good as compare to DTC normal buses. But some drivers and bus conductors are not suitable to perform their duties and should be sent on permanent leave because they are harming the reputation and big financial loss of bus operator.
On dated 26/04/2022 at 1945 Hrs. I was waiting for a bus towards to Karol Bagh after a long waited I saw a bus coming to bus stop shivaji stadium terminal. I raised my hand multiple time to stop the bus. But the driver ignored me ran-away the bus.
No other bus was there and driver could see me clearly. But he didn't do that.
This kind of person should be remove from the public sector for the public convince.
It is another thinks that the bus conductors also do not stand up from their seats even some older age person need to help to get tickets. They just ask from their seats to get the tickets. The behavior of the conductors look like they are performing their duties are in any pressure or forcefully assigned.
Duties manual should be published on every area near to bus stop and also in the buses. So that they could be aware from their duties.
