★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm confused from where should I start.
There are mixed feedback. So many drawbacks for this property doesn't make it buyer friendly at all.
A) All the complex is very close proximity to each other. On 7th floor downwards you will find decreased light illumination & at around 4 th floor it's completely dark.
B) The Purified Water had a high PPM & iron issues as per one of my friend had already got his possession. Water treatment plant defective? /under developed?
C) The pricing of the overall project is too high compared to nearby project.
D) There is a extremely worst reputation of this builder for on time handover. The projected 2018 handover unit had not yet been finished.
E) There is a huge possibility that your money will got stucked for a prolonged time.
F) The lift sizing is just pathetic.. I don't want what will be the fate if someone got seriously ill & need stretcher.
Only 10th floor above unit is well lighted.
The Super build up AREA to carpet area deduction is only 20% which is good. Construction is MYVAN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice budget complex of over 2000 apartments. The Club House Elevate comes with a Miniplex and rooftop Infinity pool, which is nice. The apartments are well designed. However water supply is an issue and the tap water contains far too high content of dissolved solids which may be damaging for purifiers and daily use. This is inspite of the project boasting a Water Treatment Plant. The current Facility Management team of One SIS is apathetic and slow in responding to the residents' call. There are niggles and water leakages every other day in any of the blocks causing disruption of water supply. Considering that the project has been open to residents for just over an year or so, such niggles on a regular basis is a frustrating experience. Buildings are too congested, seems like a mini town of unplanned bricks! Flat units are simply 'okay' , nothing extraordinary. Bedrooms not even spacious enough (personal opinion). Amenities are one of a kind,certainly no doubt in that!
But if you want a lot of open space along with same (even more) amenities of a luxury living, consider checking out some other adjacent property as Southern Heights is gonna disappoint you in terms of ample free,fresh air!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice residential township with all the amenities one would look for better living. Flats are small and finishing is not good as committed. But you will get all other facilities like gym, swimming pool, play area, salon, cafe etc inside the township.
