★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agent never called and said unable to deliver. Call center hung up on me. I offered to pick up the order myself from the delivery station since my order contains medically important items I urgently need. They still couldn't help me. Super unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic response from the DTDC office Safed Pul. The call attendant was completely disrespectful. He also threatened me to go and do whatever I can when I asked him to speak respectfully. For all of those who are reading this kindly do not use their services. I feel sorry for the management who employ such people. Professional, Shree Anjani or Shree Maruti are any day better than them, even in response and delivery time. I've had to suffer because of their delayed response and false claim that my office was closed whereas it was open all the while and I didn't receive any call from their sales representative as well. Totally not worth the time and money.
