★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AIMS ITALIA this is vespas service center were I took my sisters bike i was having a inssurance claim with me it was near my house in andheri the concern person over there named as PANKAJ he took a look at my bike and started making the cotation of the parts him self at the end he asked us do want to paint we said yes he made a cotation of 28000 ur bike was not in tht bad condition the concern person PANKAJ me I will talk to the innsurance person and keep your bike over here when u will tell me that time that time I will start making the bike the next day we decided to take the bike back becoz the budget was 28000 it was not affordable he told us that ull cant take the bike back ull wasted my 1hour as he is the ceo of the company he said parking fees 200 and for wasting his 1 hour for making the cotation just a sheet of paper which I have attached to my review he took total 700 rupees with no bills of it I want the company to take strict action on him or else I will file a complain on the show room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good servicing but if any part stops working after their servicing immediately they don't take any responsibility. And do ask them about their meal break time before coming, they call you immediately and then keep you waiting in the name of meal time.

Don't trust the sales man's words
Take everything on writing paper regarding accessories
Don't forget to match those accessories with Physical vehicle with what was promised earlier
My experience:-
The sales person had promised me to give Visor on Vespa Elegante but I trusted them and didn't took anything in writing and also I forgot about the visor at the time of delivery as I was very excited about owning a Vespa, and the next day when my dad reminded me of the same I called them, they are now telling me that I only had not asked them to put the visor, so be careful.
Advice:-
I will not recommended you to buy from here, look for options and if at all it is necessary take everything on writing because you never know how things my turn out.?
With respect to vehicle:-
Vespa is good and provides the most comfortable ride in its segment!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional rude and cheaters belong there specially pankaj Dubey first I ask him about windshield price he ask 1900 but the MRP is of 1505 which I purchase from Sunil autos but he said u can come and take the windshield but when he came to know that I will pay 1505 then he says material is out of stock;I will not recommend it to anyone if u want to spoil ur reputation then go there specially the person name pankaj very unprofessional n rude he thinks he is owner over there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic commitment for the customer, they will promise something at the time of the sales and something will be delivered. And then continuously argue with saying they never said anything like that. Deceitful sales people, who will lie to any extent for sales. Please ensure you take everything in writing if you ever choose to buy from here. I could name particular individuals, but I think he will understand it.
