★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchase electro Wheels on 29th Nov 2017 actual this bike speed show in display 50 KM per Hr But actual speed is 35 on the road i send detail to owner but there are not respond, also service is very poor now more than 1.5 month but still not received invoice copy also not pickup the phone very bad experience with this dealer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service and no clarity about vehicle I bought from them. Continously need to remind them for servicing, but they don't respond. Also the e-bike I got is not up to the mark of what was promised.

NOT EVEN GIVING RESPONSE PROPERLY, VERY ARROGANT PEOPLE.
NOT EVEN OWNER RECEIVE CALL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's okay. The showroom has 6 to 7 types of electric vehicles that is bikes. Oreva, hero, ectrowheelz, ezipp, Avon and others but the main point is its little expensive as comparing to the other sellers or dealers. We have compared many other brands and their products but it was not satisfactory then too his vehicles are good option for city rides within 50 km maximum With speed of 25 to 40. That's it

I had been in contact with them for the past 2- 3 years. I have a fleet of 5 vehicles purchased from them . The main plus point about them is their after sales support and service which is very crucial for an industry which is in its baby stages . I don't need to worry about service of vehicles, spare parts and knowledge of operation . All this is professional dealt with them. Also the owner Mr.shakti has a positive attitude towards customers which helps customers like us in dealing with our day to day operations. All this gives a positive effect to me. I give my best wishes to them which will help them to prosper more in terms of sales and service so that our customers will benefit more in terms of cost analysis. Thank u .

They took more than 2 months just to get it repair that to at a cost of 10000
Very disappointed with the work
There was no follow up
They did not even send the stator to company for such a long time and did when I called up
The owner does not even care about the the customers.
They did not even file the gstn number after calling and msging them 1000 times
Being rude and careless won't make business grow.
There are many dealers outside with good deals and who cooperate with customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor after sale service. It's more like cheating the people with substandard quality of parts. No response given once the sale is done. Only junior employees responds and owners don't even share their numbers. Treating customers like beggars.
And all this in a marker where far better specification vehicles are available at 5 to 10% cheap rates.
Be Wise... don't go to EV First
