★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still unable to get the transparency. If the vehicle is under AMC the jobs are undertaken for overhauling and if not AMC the parts are renewed. Have to bargain while billing for the AMC discounts. No value for AMC, they will make the minimum bill upto 1700 Rs... I bet whenever you visit for servicing one of the machine such as water washing, Air compressor, Printer for billing and many more will be non operational...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever experience. Careless staff. Delays delivery after serving the vehicle. Gives non sense excuses. Newly brought vehicle broke down in between 2 days after 1st ever servicing. And when asked the reason, staff was unable to answer. They commit to deliver the vehicle same day in the evening but delivers after minimum 2 days. Don't ever bring your vehicle in this service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is cooperative but doesnt do task properly. We need to spend extra 60-90 minutes to get job. They say that parts needs to be replaced but never show what has been changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service got here, Ordered Apache handle bar and even after so many call they will say checking and will update. But never received any update. Finally after more than month visited service centre now they confirmed they have stock and they will do the setup.
Now come to service, one of mechanic did change the bar and after install switch gear in the right side, it was 1 pm and he said we will go for lunch. Which is totally fine even if that will take 5 10 min to complete, but its fine.
The problem is that when I went out then I saw the same mechanic is fixing honda shine ??.
That is hilarious and pathetic, means you will not provide services to your own customer but its totally fine to take money and fix other companies bike. Check time in attachment photo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had given my scooter for left panel change and right mirror change as my scooter had a minir accident. Also I wanted to service it so I went to the service center. My scooter was monitored by Nizam technician and I was told that the parts will be replaced. I asked him if the panel can be replaced with insurance. He told me he will do the needful. I was told to come at 5PM and when I came for the delivery my part wasn't changed also mirror wasn't replaced. Then they are telling me for insurance claim you need to carry certain documents. Bad service experience for me and wouldn't recommend this service center for anyone.
