★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scams in oil, always ask them to put oil in front of you, onky water cleaning very rough work and always charges extra be careful at the time of billing.
The worst thing is even after appointment you have to wait minimum 20mins to get to your turn so whats the point of appointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited the place for my activa 6g 1st servicing the staff was good n polite to ask for taking a seat in customer waiting room whike they processed my details for servicing the vehicle also the supervisor was good enough to take a test ride to be sure that vehicle did not have any other issues other than just servicing process also i was promised to take the vehicle handover by 6 pm the same day but i was too impatient to wait that long and i visited the facility little sooner and i found that my vehicle was ready to be taken out as the servicing was completed soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pilot Honda service centre does not provide good after sell service they donot have proper parts to replace they just write our order and tell we wil call you after the part has arrived for example - they take order of my mirror and from 6 months I'm waiting for it and I experience this thing happing to others also pls improve your service it's a humble request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very much disappointed with their service. The technical staff tell anything which common man doesn't understand about the vehicle and the charge anything. The staff at reception & billing counter is very egoistic & full of attitude. Better to do servicing at local garages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scooter Rearview mirror tighten screw missing while 1st Free servicing and no spare part was available as it was out of stock. Promised to call when available, but how that went missing is not answered.
Also footrest spare part accessory was asked for but that is also out of stock.
Needs to have better spare part management to avoid wastage of time and costs.
