★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless and shameless dtdc.. No body is responsible. They have lost. My. Important courier. Nobody is bothered... It has been 10 days and no response from. The company on mails, phones anywhere. Never trust me never ship things or documents through DTDC.

DTDC services are worst in whole country. These are not less than scammers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Package was supposed to be delivered today morning by 11 am from Delhi, customer care updated that it's only loaded in 1530 flight to Ahmedabad, none of their Ahemdabad number is working, very very irresponsible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a worst experience with DTDC, they promised to deliver package in 2 days and even after 4 days there was no information. I had to call multiple times to customer care but they were not responsive. First I had to wait for 10-15 mins to get connected and then when I ask for information they just hung up the call. Then I had to visit the branch directly to pick up the package and there as well the package was not handled propeyas it was lying down with scrap. Every person I communicated with gave me a different answer and when I ask to confirm they don't respond. Worst service ever and I am not going to use DTDC ever again.
