★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They stole some of my belongings and said "Sorry Madam Galati Hogya apka saman kahi miss route hogya hai", after that I am trying to get there for customer service and wow!!! no one is present to attend my call. They accused me of extra money, hence some nonsense reason as well. But I need my stuff very badly, so I agree to pay an extra money... such a pathetic service .. Please don't try these local service. Thank you for not giving my stuff.

Worst services every
They promised to deliver a local parcel by 12 noon next day instead next day 8:00 pm still not delivered on top of that only 1 person picks the call says it’s left my warehouse call this or call that number and all numbers he gives are unreachable basically no services ! 2 days later parcel is yet unknown and undelivered !
Pathetic services !
Reported them to consumer court too!
Advice you to never use their services ! Useless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a parcel to courier at Mahabali courier branch at Janta crossing, Behind vegetable market, Vidyanagar on 29th May, 2021 for Ahmedabad. Till today, the courier has not been delivered. I have contact the courier shop many many times, every time a differet explanation but didn't get proper answer. Now they are saying shamelessly that it might be delivered at wrong place but we can't help. We have written on the slip that in some cases these types of incidents can happen. It's your luck. The main branch number & Email Id shown on the website are not working. Whom can you complain ? This is very disappointing. Please be aware of these frauds.
