★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calcenter numbers r ringing but no.one s responding nd courier is undeliverable due to unservicable area.
They r not able to call the customer before sending the courier back.
I did many transactions with dtdc but now am fed up with this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DTDC Ahmedabad is the worst currier facility in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar area. It should be declered as illigal and banned in Gujarat. It is better to send our parcels bybullock cart instead of DTDC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service who deserves minus rating.My consignment from Gurugram booked on 19 Jan was received in Ahmadabad Apex on 21Jan21 . No one came for delivery at Gandhinagar and on 27Jan , on tracking it is showing as returned to Delhi Apex saying undelivered because area non serviceable. If so why consignment was accepted by Gurugram office? Its a cheater courier company with poorest services. Phone no given in their site not functioning. No one even tried to contact on mobile to tell status. Important documents urgently required have been returned without making any efforts to contact consignee . Legal action shall be taken

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I logged a ticket to stop the courier from delivery and send back. Request for return logged just after few hours of handed over the parcel in delhi. They assured multiple times and even logged service request but still delivered in ahemdabad. So I must say tracking mechanism needs improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service specifically in Ahmedabad city. It seems from 18th sanctuary. Snail is faster than your delivery boy. Although DTDC service in my city is good. This review is for Ahmedabad apex office. They even don't pickup phone. Rating is is in minus -5.
