All people are Lazy and not interested in doing work .
No one is responding .
Not committed towards time .
So its request if you need on time then don't go at DTDC .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service. Parcel was not delivered and returned and kept at the office.but no information and no contact, I had to contact the customer service many times, the number they gave is always switch off.horrible experience. Do not recommend this courier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not giving delivery on time, keeping parcel at thaltej center for more than 3 days after reaching destination city, phone number which is given on google are not working of thaltej center. Customer care executive are rude in behavior and not helping. In all worst and Pethitec courier service, not recommend to anyone. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Despite of paying a high charge I have not received the packet in last 5 days. Still waiting and the local office in delhi is not able to provide me with one phone number where I can call and check. Extremely disappointed and helpless. This was urgent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It wasn't a perfect experience but if you tell me to work on holiday I would not work at all but they've to keep working 24*7 so on the first attempt they coup not help me find my package but in 2 hours fine, they called me and told me that they found it and they won't be able to deliver in next three days so drove their around 10 pm and they help me get it. What else do you expect? I'm happy with the experience so yeah five ✨
