The delivery personal makes deliveries without Customers verification and delivers to anyone and marks delivered in their records, without any calls to the person they were asked to deliver.
And if you ask for your loss they will say it's not in our hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and rude staff, do not expect to get your work done easily and quickly here even if it is just receiving a courier.
Absolutely pathetic service.
One instance- The person incharge called me in the evening at 7 pm that the delivery will not be possible even when DTDC charged for an express 1 day delivery. Upon asking if they can manage, they howled on the phone that all delivery agents have left for the day. We had to go to the centre to receive our parcel.
