★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a small shop which has agency for 3-4 different courier services. I had booked a courier via Trackon Services.
Initially I was said they will charge 200 for my 1 kilo parcel of fabric. The receipt was made and given to me. After I reached home, they called me to say they want more 500/- or else they will cancel my courier. When I asked the reason, they cut the call.
Next day when I went to take back my courier, they said urgent courier charge is 1000/- per kilo and they made me pay more 800/- over initial charge of 200. They also did not give me receipt for this extra amount and said - their printed receipt roll is over. Completely unprofessional. Avoid their service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Monday I found my PC's keyboard is not working so I request my company to send a new one as I am doing WHF now, my company despatch keyboard on Tuesday 15th June from Thane , today is 18th June end of day still I have not received my keyboard parcel after four days. I am leaving in Sion Mumbai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had ordered a parcel from meerut , it came from meerut in 2 days to sion branch and for next 3 days they have not delivered to me where as I stay a km away. Branch person is saying the delivery boy is not answering my call. Very unprofessional , am still waiting for the goods, don't even know if might have opened it and used it themselves.
