But only thing i didn't like here that they don't provide packaging facility.
Customer need to pack his parcel by ownself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Priority parcel lying in their hub, since 72 hrs in the same city, and not delivering.. As on complaint just saying that, sir, your parcel arrived at our facility, what is the use of you keep my parcel in your hub.. Very very bad service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, staff is not at all supportive and helping in tracking the courier. Instead they are rude plus don't work on Sunday. When I visited dtdc place to track status on saturday, they told me to come on Monday. I am very disappointed.
