★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Kiran Shinde very unethical and unprofessional. This guy charges his own rates instead of courier charges. Asked me to pay up 280 for delivering one small book for 20 kms. Which is even more expensive than me collecting in person

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional, helpful service at office. Delivery is super fast. Delivered laptop to Odisha within 2 days to a city where there is no train route!! Also packaging with bubble wrap made it super safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V35498798- totally irresponsible staff. Will take a priority booking DTDC-Plus at extra premium charges and will show no commitment towards timely delivery which is assured. Once you have booked the docket you have to follow up to see that it gets delivered. Helpline does not pick up the phone for prolonged time. No apologies for delayed delivery or refund of premium charges given despite poor service. Definitely not a a reliable courier to entrust your valuable documents which need timely delivery. BOOK A CONSIGNMENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sharing this review after receiving my courier! I had around 30kg of luggage to be transported from Navi Mumbai to Odisha and I wasn't present in Navi Mumbai. I called up this DTDC courier centre and they provided services from pick up till delivery. I can say they are super reliable! Very efficient and cordial staff in this centre. Thanks ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We all know dtdc is known in courier business. But ,more wonderful about this outlet is not only manager, but also delivery boy and other staff also known whole process and t&c. Which really helped me as I wanted to courier cheques on immediate basis they guide me properly n helped me to fill required areas of the cheques, so that I should not get victim of any fradulant activity.
