Avoid using them entirely. Totally terrible. Each point below can expand into a full paragraph:
1) Very rude - "ट्रैकिंग साइट छोड़ो पार्सल मिल जाएगा और क्या चाहिए आपको?". They will cut the call, while you are speaking.
2) Time they take to courier an envelope from Mumbai to Pune: 6 days (!!!)
3) Staff at Pune receive envelope and sit on it for 3 days
4) Number of phone follow ups to get the delivery done: 5
5) Number of personal visits done to follow up: 3
6) Tracking facility: Site not functional 80% of time
7) Updates of delivery progress (when tracking can be accessed): Inaccurate status
